Code Compliance

We would like to enlist your help in keeping Port St. Lucie a beautiful and enjoyable place to live and work. The information on these pages is provided to enhance understanding and cooperation between the Code Compliance Division and the residents of Port St. Lucie.

Code Compliance Specialists are empowered by the State of Florida to enforce local, county and state statutes adopted by the city or assigned to them. Specialists respond to anonymous complaints and perform routine patrols to investigate violations. Complaints can be made online, by telephone, or by letter.

Please note that complaint information, including complainant's information, is public record and subject to public record requests; however, complaints can be made anonymously.
