The following items must be available, on-site and/or visible for inspections:
- Permit Card
- Any approved documents such as approved plans, manufacturer's specifications, product approvals, notice of commencement, etc., if applicable.
An owner or owner representative, 18 years or older, MUST be present to grant access for the inspection.
